4:50 pm	Not eating until at least Monday the 30th. I haven't eaten since like 3am today. Walked 3 miles in the VERY hot sun. I don't know exact stats right now because I haven't weighed in several weeks.. I'll think about it tomorrow. I need to lose this weight. Please. (2 Comments |Comment on this)

2:57 am	I couldn't sleep and I got the munchies...like, really bad...so I ended up on the couch eating out of a bag of Special K...I don't know how much I had. ::sigh:: At least it wasn't brownie bites, right? (Comment on this)
